We gotta ask for your help.
As we’ve pointed out in the post below, the capacity of Viper Room is different from Grelle Forelle’s, which means:
There are going to be 2 shows on Friday to accomodate all people, who have bought tickets already. Unfortunately, there’s no other solution as the bands have to travel on to the next show on Saturday.
The first show will start with doors at 16.00 (4 pm) and the second with doors at 19.30 (7.30 pm).
Misanthopic Might will NOT play instead of Deus Mortem, as only MGŁA and Revenge are scheduled to play. It’s simply not viable time-wise, sorry for that!
The infos for the shows are as follows:
Show 1:
Doors: 16.00 (4 pm)
16.30 (4.30 pm) Revenge
18.00 (6 pm) MGŁA
Show 2:
Doors: 19.30 (7.30 pm)
20.00 (8 pm) Revenge
21.30 (9.30 pm) MGŁA
To coordinate both shows, we need your help:
We need a minimum of 170 people, who’ve got their ticktes already, to turn up for the show at 16.00 (4 pm), because otherwise we might not be able to host all ticket holders at the show at 19.30 (7.30 pm). Obviously, we can’t dictate which show you’re going to see – seeing both shows isn’t an option due to the lower capacity compared to Grelle Forelle –, so we’re asking you to tell us, which one of you wants to see the show at 16.00 (4 pm). There will be a list of names of all ticket holders willing to show up early at the door and you’ll be admitted according to this list – and after showing your ticket of course. As a little extra, there will be welcome shots for all of you, who can make it to the early show, and as soon as we’ve reached the aforementioned 170 people mark, there will be extra tickets for the 16.00-(4 pm-)show for sale!
To sum things up: If you’re already a ticket holder and you can make the show at 16.00 (4 pm), please write us an e-mail to ronny@redback-promotion.com with your name and number of tickets until Thursday, May 2nd, 20.00 (8 pm) AT THE LATEST! Please forward this info to all of your friends, who might not be able to access Facebook!
We know, this solution is born out of necessity and might not be satisfying for all of you, but we hope that together we’ll be able to get this event to go as smoothly as possible. After all, both you and we are looking forward to an awesome night of metal. Thank you all so much for your help and cooperation!
Of course we’ll put up the donation box right next to the door at both shows at 16.00 (4 pm) and 19.30 (7.30 pm) for your donations!
